Meet one of our Promise Babies: Elizabeth!


Elizabeth Joanne, daughter of Jon and Mylidiah Korthuis of Ireton, IA, was born 6:12 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 16, 2018, in their home, weighing 7 pounds, 2 ounces, and measuring 19 inches. She has a sister, Jennifer, 18 months. Her grandparents are Harold and Amy Korthuis of Willmar, MN, and John and Joanne Cave of Ireton, IA.

Certified nurse midwife Belinda Lassen of Promise Community Health Center of Sioux Center, IA, provided the prenatal care for the family throughout the pregnancy.
