Meet one of our Promise Babies: Ezra!


Ezra Jude, son of Ryan and Hannah Bonfiglio of Sioux City, IA, 
was born 4:05 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 25, 2018, in their home, weighing 8 pounds and measuring 22 inches. His grandparents are Colin and Susan Cullen of Stillwater, NJ, and Robert and Dianne Bonfiglio of Bedford, NH.

Certified nurse midwife Belinda Lassen of Promise Community Health Center of Sioux Center, IA, provided the prenatal care for the family throughout the pregnancy and attended the home birth. Registered nurse Erica Robertson also assisted with the birth.


Hannah and Ryan Bonfigio welcomed baby Ezra
into their family on Saturday, Aug. 25. He was
born in their home in Sioux City, IA, with the
assistance of midwife Belinda Lassen of Promise
Community Health Center of Sioux Center.

Meet one of our Promise Babies: Everett!


Everett Perry, daughter of Seth and Courtney Sandbulte of Boyden, IA, 
was born 4:37 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 1, 2018, in their home, weighing 6 pounds, 12 ounces, and measuring 22 inches. Her grandparents are Janelle Jansen of Ashton, SD; Wendell and Robin Sandbulte of Hull, IA; and Elson and Deb Schut of Sioux Center, IA.

Certified nurse midwife Belinda Lassen of Promise Community Health Center in Sioux Center, IA, provided the prenatal care for the family throughout the pregnancy and attended the home birth.


"Having a home birth was the greatest, happiest choice we could have made for our family," Courtney said. "We felt so loved and cared for before, during and after we welcomed Everette home. We love you, Promise!"
