Talia Ruth, daughter of Alethea and Mark Fedders of Orange City, IA, was born 1:44 p.m. Wednesday, April 13, in her home, weighing 9 pounds and measuring 21 inches. She has seven siblings, Anna, Naomi, Emma, Grace, Luke, Adam and Matthew.
Certified nurse midwife Belinda Lassen of Promise Community Health Center in Sioux Center provided prenatal care for the family and assisted with the home birth.
