Meadow Jade, daughter of Jenni-Lee and Mitchell Evertse of Rock Valley, IA, was born 7:10 p.m. Tuesday, April 26, in her home, weighing 7 pounds, and measuring 21 inches. She has two brothers, Micah and Gideon.
Certified nurse midwife Belinda Lassen of Promise Community Health Center in Sioux Center provided the prenatal care for the family and assisted with the home birth.
