Meet one of our Promise Babies: Aria!


Aria Grace, daughter of Will and Lindsey Warntjes of Boyden, IA, was born 3:10 a.m. Wednesday, March 27, 2019, in their home, weighing 7 pounds, 10 ounces, and measuring 21 1/2 inches. She has four siblings, Carmen, 10; Colton, 8; Liam, 6; and Ava Lynne, 4. Her grandparents are Daryl and LaVonne Warntjes and Alan and Avis Bakker.

Certified nurse midwife Pam Hulstein of Promise Community Health Center of Sioux Center, IA, provided the prenatal care for the family throughout the pregnancy and attended the home birth.


"It went very well  — much less stressful," Will said.

into their family on Wednesday, March, 27. She
was born in their home in Boyden, IA, with the
assistance of midwife Pam Hulstein of Promise
Community Health Center of Sioux Center.
