Meet one of the latest Promise babies: Ruth!


Ruth Ellen, daughter of Jessica and Lorn Wielenga of Le Mars, IA, was born 5:01 a.m. Thursday, May 26, in her home, weighing 8 pounds, 8 ounces, and measuring 21.5 inches.

Certified nurse midwife Pam Hulstein of Promise Community Health Center in Sioux Center provided the prenatal care for the family and assisted with the home birth.
Jessica and Lorn Wielenga welcomed baby Ruth Ellen
into their family. She was born in their home in
Le Mars on Thursday, May 26.
