Thea Joy, daughter of Jason and Amanda Van Otterloo of George, IA, was born Tuesday, June 21, at Sanford Sheldon Medical Center, weighing 8 pounds, 1 ounce, and measuring 21 inches.
Certified nurse midwife Belinda Lassen of Promise Community Health Center in Sioux Center provided the prenatal care for the family.
